- we recommend contacting a removal company 4-6 weeks prior to your move to allow plenty of time to get everything in place. However if you don’t do this don’t hesitate to try us late notice as goal posts are always getting moved freeing up our crews for you last minute moves.
- yes, providing there is no breakables inside and the strength of the furniture can hold it.
- as a general rule, if it fits in a box it goes in a box. Be mindful of weight and ensure all filled to the top but also sealed properly where possible.
- yes, for local domestic moves we use padded dividers for these to save wasting time and resources on wrapping them all up. We will also bring covers for your TV Too!
Our crew tend to arrive at your property between 8-9am on move day. A confirmation email is sent out confirming times once the move is booked in.
We take a 50% deposit once a moving date is confirmed to secure your booking. Any outstanding payments
are then due once the move is completed
- We have no set finish time, we are finished when you are happy with everything in your new home.
- flat pack all the boxes, bag up the paper and give us a call. We will get it all collected for you with in a couple of days.
- don’t panic! We will do everything possible to try and fit you in and if we cant we will call around and try for you to make sure you get moved by a local trustworthy firm.
Yes, we offer various
packing services to cater your needs, whether that is a full packing service, fragile
pack or just certain items that you would like us to pack for your peace of mind, we
offer it all. Any items packed by our team are fully insured by us throughout your
move
If there is a wait for keys, we do have a waiting time charge, however we do offer a ‘key wait waiver’ in
the additional services part of our provided Quote
Yes we have full liability insurance, goods in transit insurance & storage insurance. For your peace of mind all of your effects
will be insured whilst in our possession
